YTD cumula1ve revenue of Walsin Technology also decreases by 19.8% when compared to the same period of 2022.
Affected by the destocking process in NB and consumer electronics related channels, as well as weak end-use demand, Walsin Technology's global consolidated net sales totaled $2.75 billion NTD in April, down by 1.3% from March. Sales decline by 21.8% compared to the last April of the preceding year. The year-to-date cumula/ve revenue of Walsin has decreased by 20.3% compared to the same period of the previous year.
With working days recovered in March, the produc"on throughput improved despite the weak demands. As a result, Walsin Technology's global consolidated net sales totaled $2.78 billion NTD in March, up 7.7% from February. Sales went down by 20.5% compared to the last March of the preceding year. The year-to-date cumula"ve revenue of Walsin also decreased by 19.8% compared to the same period of the previous year.
Despite the con nued impact of COVID-19 and high infla on on end-user demand, opera ons recovered in February as the LNY holidays had ended. As a result, Walsin Technology's global consolidated net sales totaled $2.58 billion NTD in February, up by 4.9% from January. Monthly YoY sales decreased by 8.7% compared to February of the previous year, while the Year-to-date cumula ve revenue for Walsin Technology decreased by 19.4% compared to the same period of the previous year.
Walsin Technology's global consolidated net sales for January totaled $2.46 billion NTD, a slight increase of 3.8% from December 2022, despite the weak overall end-user demands. This increase can be attributed to the advanced stock pull-in for the Lunar New Year holidays and the contained pandemic in China. However, sales went down by 28.2% compared with the corresponding period of the preceding year. The year-to-date cumulative revenue of Walsin has also decreased by 28.2% compared to the same period last year.
In addion to the fewer working days during the Christmas holidays and year-end inventory checking, the producon capacity of the Mainland China factory was also affected due to the rise of confirmed COVID-19 cases. With overall demand sll weak, Walsin Technology's December global consolidated net sales totaled NTD $2.37 Billion. Sales went down by 11.4% from November. The company's YoY sales decreased by 19.1%, while the YTD cumulave revenue of Walsin Technology was also down by 16.1%.
As the destocking processes gradually ended, customers in China resumed goods pulling in in November to cope with the COVID control measures imposed by local authorities. Walsin Technology’s November global consolidated net sales totaled NTD $2.68 billion. Sales went up by 9.3% from October. Sales decreased by 16.1% compared with the corresponding period of the preceding year. YTD cumulative revenue of Walsin Technology decreased by 15.8% compared to the same period in 2021.

Although inventory remains high and overall demand is slow, some customers initiated advanced shipment pull-in as a prep before the golden week holidays. As a result, Walsin Technology’s September global consolidated net sales totaled NTD $2.75 billion. Sales went slightly up by 4.3% from August. Walsin Technology’s Sales decreased by 19.9% compared with the corresponding period of the previous year. YTD cumulative revenue of Walsin Technology also reduced by 15.9% compared to the same period of 2021.
